Commission is taken from the product price only. Buyers pay delivery separately: JOD 4.000 per maker shipment in Amman and JOD 5.000 in other governorates, with no extra platform fee. Tax passes through untouched.

Payment and cash-out fees
Sellers bear actual bank, payment-processing, conversion, network and cash-out fees, separately from marketplace commission. Verified platform-paid fees reduce your payable balance. Fees already withheld from a transfer are disclosed but are not deducted twice. Shared incoming fees are allocated by each seller’s share of the total charged, including shipping and tax. Unknown fees block further payouts until review.
When is a paid plan worth it?
Pro costs less than Starter once your monthly product sales pass JOD 633.334. Business costs less than Pro above JOD 1,500.000.
Can a plan buy a verified badge?
No. The origin-review badge is based on evidence only. Plans change commission, never verification.
How are paid plans billed?
Paid plans are requested from the maker dashboard after approval and are activated only after manual review. Automatic subscription charging is not active; a commission change applies to future orders only.
